2. Medical Disclaimer

Our Services provide access to licensed healthcare providers for consultation, diagnosis, and treatment related to functional medicine and hormone therapy. However:

  • The Services do not replace your primary care provider. 

  • We do not provide emergency medical services. 

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. 

 

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Reside in a state where our providers are licensed 

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information 

  • Be located in the state where our providers are licensed at time of appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

 

4. Telemedicine Consent

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Telemedicine involves electronic communication (video, phone, messaging) 

  • There are inherent risks, including technical failures or data breaches 

  • Diagnosis may be limited compared to in-person visits 

You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Services.

 

5. Medical Services & No Guarantee of Treatment

  • Providers determine eligibility for hormone therapy at their discretion 

  • Not all patients will be prescribed treatment 

  • Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes 

 

6. Prescription Policy

  • Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate 

  • You are responsible for using medications as directed 

 

7. Payment & Fees

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated 

  • Services may include consultation fees, lab testing, and medication costs 

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated 

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

 

8. Insurance

  • We do not accept or process insurance. 

  • You are responsible for submitting claims if applicable 

  • We do not guarantee reimbursement 

 

9. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA.
